The Learning and Development function of Bosch faced a steady stream of demanding projects. Over the course of the past 11 years, they needed 8 consultants for 13 projects ranging from customer service training to executive coaching, leadership development, and sales training.
Fulcrum sourced a bevy of qualified consultants with the experience required, along with a choice of consultants for each project. Two contractors served as facilitators for a variety of internally developed leadership training programs. Our resources designed customer service and collaboration skills training and trained Bosch's internal consultants on facilitation and consulting skills. We conducted gender/workplace transition training and provided 3 local resources for on-site executive coaching projects.
Schneider Electric was in search of numerous HR resources for their locations across the US Consultant needs inlcuded:
- Executive coaching
- Balanced Scorecard and Supply Chain support
- Change management
- Change training for merger integration and acquisitions
- Meeting facilitation
- Organization design
- Team building
- MBTI training
- Leadership Develepment and coaching
These projects demanded highly qualified, specialized consultants, had limited budgets and quick turnarounds. We determined that utilzing indepedent consultants for these projects would be the best course of action.
Beginning in 2007, Fulcrum Network began searching for specialized consultants on behalf of Schneider. Almost immediately a number of qualified consultants were identified for each engagement, until all assignments were filled and completed. To date, Fulcrum has successfully executed more than 100 contracts for Schneider in the US, Canada and Mexico utilizing more than 25 different consultants, trainers, facilitators, instructional designers and executive coaches for over 120 project needs.
