Diane Kubal

Diane Kubal has a gift – an uncanny ability to deftly identify people’s true talents – and has built a successful business helping people align those gifts to professional opportunities.

Nearly 20 years ago, Diane founded Fulcrum Network, a boutique talent agency that helps Human Resource professionals identify the best consultants, trainers, and speakers to improve staff performance, drive cultural change, and solve organizational issues. Her client roster includes some of the nation’s top employers including Accenture, CDW, Discover, Eli Lilly, Hewitt Associates, Kraft, McDonalds, MillerCoors, Sears, Siemens, and Wrigley, to name a few. Leveraging her successful track record as a talent broker as well as her own innate ability to recognize a person’s inner gifts, Diane has developed a private consulting practice to help career professionals, independent consultants, and small business owners discover what they do best. Working primarily with women in business, Diane uses her proprietary Essential Circles® approach to help her clients clarify their essence and align their talents with their work to achieve greater business success and work / life integration.

A sought-after expert in organizational development, training design, and human resources, Diane has delivered presentations to the Women’s Business Network, National Association of Women Business Owners, American Society for Training and Development, International Society for Performance and Instruction, and Illinois Psychological Association. Her work has been featured in leading industry trade journals including Training Today, Workforce.com, Strategic HR Review, and Performance Improvement as well as Crain’s Chicago Business, and The Chicago Tribune. She is the author of the forthcoming book, Talent Circles: Discover What You Do Best and Why.

Prior to founding Fulcrum Network, Diane was both a consultant and corporate leader with expertise in customer service, leadership development, change management, group facilitation, team building, and career transition. She earned her Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University and Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University.
