The Challenge

Numerous businesses and HR functions across North America had needs for HR, Training, Organization Development and Management consultants. Projects needs ranged from executive coaching in many US locations, Balanced Scorecard and Supply Chain consulting, change management consulting and training for plant closings, merger integration and acquisition, meeting facilitation, organization design, team building, MBTI training, Leadership development design and delivery, presentation skills training and coaching along with certified facilitators for a variety of "off-the-shelf programs (Covey Speed of Trust, 5 Choices of Productivity and Situational Leadership). These projects demanded highly qualified, specialized consultants. Because these projects were a short duration and cost was an issue, finding independent consultants was determined to be the best course of action.

The Solution

For more than 10 years, Schneider Electric's Training, HR and OD professionals across North America, continue to contract with Fulcrum Network and put our independent referral network to the task. Beginning in 2007, Fulcrum Network began searching for specialized consultants on behalf of Schneider. Almost immediately a number of qualified consultants were identified. For each engagement, Fulcrum presented a variety of consultant options for Schneider to consider. With the Fulcrum Network process, all engagements were successfully referred and completed. To date, Fulcrum has successfully executed more than 100 contracts for Schneider in the US, Canada and Mexico utilizing more than 25 different consultants, trainers, instructional designers and executive coaches for over 120 project needs.
