These projects demanded highly qualified, specialized consultants, had limited budgets and quick turnarounds. We determined the best course of action would be to utilize independent consultants.
We identified several qualified consultants for each assignment. To date we have successfully executed more than 100 contracts for Schneider in the US, Canada and Mexico, utilizing more than 25 different consultants, trainers, facilitators, instructional designers and executive coaches to meet over 120 project needs.
