Meet Diane, Our Founder

Prior to founding Fulcrum Network, Diane was a corporate leader and training specialist with expertise in customer service, experiential learning, and career and leadership development.

As a veteran entrepreneur, learning and development professional and consultant, Diane Kubal has created numerous blended online learning programs. Through Fulcrum Network, she has sold the products and services of hundreds of organization development consultants, trainers, instructional designers, and coaches.

Over the past several years, Diane has developed an experience-based, online learning methodology used in our Learning Experience Platform. Diane has developed several programs of her own including CAREER essentials, essential circles, Transformed Learning, and the Modern Managers Leadership Series. Additionally, she works with consultants to help scale their expertise by through creating blended online learning programs.

Fulcrum’s team of consultants have been hired by Fortune 1000 companies including SC Johnson, MillerCoors, United Airlines, and Wrigley to name a few.
