Fulcrum Network uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Fulcrum Network. Although Fulcrum Network owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Fulcrum Network courses, you retain all rights to your data. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer personal information.
