TRAINING DELIVERY / FACILITATION

A large pharmaceutical organization needed to train hundreds of customer service representatives on new federal guidelines.

We provided 10 facilitators to deliver training over a 1-month period to representatives across the US.

All customer service representatives were trained between Thanksgiving and Christmas, meeting their federal deadline requirement.
