Awaken Unconscious Bias is a virtual interactive group learning experience, equivalent to a half day of training content, created in response to the recent challenges facing our country and organizations. Filled with fresh curated content, assessments, and action planning tools, Awaken Unconscious Bias is designed to help employees to understand their own biases, respond to others with respect and empathy and interrupt biases that are harmful.
Delivered on our gamified Learning Experience Platform, our learning dash requires just 30 minutes of virtual, interactive self-study work including social community interaction each day over the course of 3 days, plus an optional 90-minute live virtual session on the fourth day.

I thought the virtual platform was great, and had an amazing collection of resources. The videos were very powerful and are a great tool to get messages across.
The realizations I had about myself, my own situations and my biases was really eye-opening. You think you don't have much to say or a perspective on something at first, and then when you let yourself go just below the surface, it's crazy how much comes up.
I appreciated the deep dive into self-reflection and awakening to unconscious bias and other barriers that not everyone may be aware of. I truly believe that change begins within oneself, and it's important to give people the tools to recognize and combat biases within themselves first.
