Career Essentials for Managers is an experience-based virtual career development program that provides the skills, tools and mindset to help managers develop employees by identifying team member motivators while aligning their talents with departmental and organizational goals to maximize business contribution, engagement and retention.
Training: This program, equivalent to a full day of leadership content, incorporates bite-sized interactive self-study assignments, completed over two months, including three live facilitated virtual training sessions in weeks 2, 5 and 8. This program can also be delivered in the "flow of work" via Microsoft Teams.
Filled with fresh content, the Career Drivers assessment and five tools for Development Planning, Career Essentials for Managers is designed to help managers get the tools and skills they need to conduct development conversations, increasing employee engagement and retention and ultimately improving the accomplishment of business goals.
Delivered on our gamified Learning Experience Platform, this learning experience includes 1:1 written coaching feedback, peer social community interaction plus three live virtual training sessions.
