Leading with Emotional Intelligence is a turnkey virtual program for managers and leaders to improve how they respond to challenging situations during times of uncertainty and constant change.
Training: This learning dash, equivalent to a half day of leadership content, incorporates bite-sized interactive self-study assignments, completed at the learner's convenience over 5 days, including a culminating 90-minute live virtual training on the last day. This program can be delivered in the "flow of work" via Microsoft Teams.
Filled with fresh curated content, a DISC assessment, and action planning tools, Leading with Emotional Intelligence is designed to help your leaders to communicate effectively, think positively and have better relationships for improved business results.
Delivered on our gamified Learning Experience Platform, this learning experience includes social community interaction each day with a live virtual training session on the last day of the program.
