"In the next 90 days I will be better at relationship building and administrative duties. This will help further develop my success in my current role… These skills will help me be a better manager and be more confident in my decision making."
"With an understanding of myself and others, I will become more efficient and more productive."
"For me this has been a reminder of how a manager's style can directly impact the "style" of a whole company and all the way down to the "style" of a project team. In other words, there are times when I need to be more mindful of how my style is directly influencing those around me. This has been good...thanks!"
"These skills will give me the ability to recognize personality traits and styles in myself and others."
"Earning the respect of your workforce is paramount in the success of the organization as well as your own success… Your employees need leadership and guidance and need to be able to trust in your abilities that you will be doing everything you can to make their jobs the best they can be."
"Our facilitator did a great job of following up and checking on people. I could tell that even in a virtual environment she was very prepared and available if you needed anything from her. That's tough to do in a virtual environment so I am impressed!"
"I think I will be able to get more engagement from my team and get them involved with process improvements that will create more efficiencies."
