TEAM ESSENTIALS is a virtual team development process for intact teams and/or departments of 8 to 25 people. It provides the support needed to reset your team as a result of any kind of change your team is experiencing.
Our consulting, coaching and learning process includes interactive self study work for team members, team leader coaching and live facilitated team consulting and action planning sessions.
This virtual program, created specifically in response to the new, modern workplace, is filled with fresh curated content, the TEAM ESSENTIALS assessment, and downloadable tools for immediate action. TEAM ESSENTIALS is designed to help leaders and teams work more effectively in hybrid, remote and colocated work environments.
This turnkey program includes a pre and post team assessment measurement, online learning content with social community interaction, 3 live virtual team meetings and 7 team leader coaching sessions.
Team meetings can be conducted virtually or in-person at your location as appropriate.
Program Timing: TBD by your organization
TEAM ESSENTIALS INCLUDES:
• one benchmark before first facilitated session and
• one comparison measure after four to five months
• Team Leadership assessment measures
Team member 5- day online content (20-30 minutes per day)
3 Facilitated live virtual team sessions
• One 90-minute facilitated live team session including assessment results review
• One 60-minute facilitated live check-in session after one month
• One 60-minute facilitated live follow-up session to review post assessment results and next steps
