TEAM RESET! is an experience-based team development consulting process for intact teams and departments of eight to twenty-five people. Driven by assessment data and measurement, TEAM RESET! was created specifically in response to the current global pandemic. Filled with expert content, pre and post team measures, and downloadable tools for immediate action, TEAM RESET! is designed to help leaders and teams respond effectively during this time of non-stop change.
Our program integrates consulting, coaching and interactive training content on our Learning Experience platform combined with live, facilitated virtual team interventions and team leader coaching.
