Our Modern Managers Leadership Series helps your managers improve their people skills to positively lead themselves and others through change and challenging situations, especially during times of uncertainty, shifting employee demographics and the new hybrid workplace.

The Modern Managers Leadership Series is an experience-based virtual group coaching development program for newer managers, emerging leaders, high potentials and early career talent who want to improve their people skills to more effectively respond to challenging situations in the modern workplace, especially during times of uncertainty and constant change.

 

Our series includes up to six skill areas, each equivalent to a full day of leadership development and completed over one month. Every program includes bite-sized, interactive self-study learning assignments, completed at the learner's convenience. These courses can be delivered in the "flow of work" via Microsoft Teams.

 

Filled with fresh curated content, assessments, and action planning tools, our Modern Managers Leadership Series is designed to help your early career managers strengthen learning agility, improve work relationships and achieve better business results.

 

Your newer managers, high potentials and leaders can participate in a cohort of 6 to 12 managers from your organization. Have a larger group? We can support multiple cohorts at once, or programs can be adapted to handle larger groups in a training format.

 

Delivered on our gamified Learning Experience Platform, our program features a kickoff and capstone session plus two group coaching sessions per skill area, 1:1 written coaching feedback, coach moderated social community, creation of an Individual Development Plan using SMART Goals, pre and post measurement, reinforcement emails and continued access to program content for one year after each skill area is completed.

Program Dates: To be determined by your organization; suggested pace is no more than one skill area every six weeks.

Each skill area topic measures 4 competencies immediately before and after each topic and after 3 months to demonstrate impact

ASSESSMENT

Each skill area topic includes a DISC assessment with job aids for future reference

 

 

LIVE VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Two 2-hour online group coaching sessions for each skill area topic are delivered by Fulcrum's certified, expert facilitators to practice new skills and build behaviors

 

COACHING TIP SHEET

Each participant's manager receives program goals and coaching questions for reinforcement of new skills and behaviors

 

REINFORCEMENT EMAILS

Emails provide reinforcement of skills after the program is over (Group Coaching Program only)

 

PERSONALIZED FEEDBACK
