The Modern Managers Leadership Series is an experience-based virtual program for new managers, emerging leaders, and early career talent who want to improve their people skills to more effectively respond to challenging situations in the modern workplace, especially during times of constant change.
Training: Our series includes six half day equivalent leadership skill areas, each completed over a one week's time. Every program includes bite-sized, interactive self-study learning assignments, completed at the learner's convenience, with a culminating live virtual training on the last day.
Filled with fresh curated content, assessments, and action planning tools, our Modern Managers Leadership Series is designed to help your managers transition into a managerial role, lead hybrid and remote teams, be resilient in the midst of uncertainty and change, have difficult conversations, build coaching skills and lead with emotional intelligence, resulting in strengthened learning agility, improved work relationships and better business results.
Delivered on our gamified Learning Experience Platform, each learning dash includes a moderated social community, post-training reinforcement activities and continued access to program content for one year after each program is completed. Your managers can attend any of our program(s), with six skill areas to choose from, scheduled at your convenience.
For smaller groups, we offer group coaching development programs for 6 to 12 managers, where you can select three to six skill areas for more personalized development. Click below to receive our training and group coaching package program descriptions.
Managers may attend all six program topics or create a leadership journey with selected skill areas sequenced according to your organization's needs. Each skill area topic is equivalent to a half day of leadership development.

*Resilience and Change has a three-hour virtual training session, equivalent to two courses.
