The Modern Managers Leadership Series Group Coaching and Training packages use experience-based virtual learning to help managers improve their people skills and more effectively respond to challenging situations, especially during times of uncertainty and constant change.
Training: Our turnkey coaching and training packages include 3, 4 or 6 month programs, where each topic is equivalent to a full day of leadership content. Every program topic includes bite-sized interactive self-study learning assignments, completed at the learner's convenience over one month. Each package includes a kick-off session plus virtual live training or group coaching.
Your clients can participate in cohorts of 6 to 12 managers for group coaching and up to 25 participants for our training packages. We offer public programs for multiple organizations and cohorts of managers inside one organization.
Filled with fresh curated content, assessments, and action planning tools, our Modern Managers Leadership Series is designed to help your clients' managers transition into a managerial role, lead remote teams, be resilient in the midst of uncertainty and change, have difficult conversations, build coaching skills and lead with emotional intelligence, resulting in more positive thinking, improved work relationships and better business results.
Delivered on our gamified Learning Experience Platform, our public program features one topic per month with a social community for ongoing peer support for one year after each program is completed, gamification, 1:1 written coaching feedback and more!

To deliver our group coaching and training packages, you must be certified in all 6 programs of our Modern Managers Leadership series above.
Certification for our group coaching and training packages is $199 and will be held live virtually on Monday, December 13 from 11:30am to 1:00pm central time. The session will be recorded if you are not able to attend live.
Time Requirement: If you are already certified in the Modern Manager Series, it will only take 90-minutes! If you haven't completed the entire series, register now to access the program topics you have not completed. Prices for each topic's certification remain at $99 per program.
To be certified in our Modern Manager Series, you must complete each program via self-study. Fees for all six programs are $499 and include all certification materials including:
