Time Requirement: Combined interactive, live virtual and self-study work for each skill area, equivalent to a half to full day of leadership development.

Each public program skill area topic includes self-paced learning, a 2-hour live virtual training and practice, one 90-minute virtual group coaching session,
one DISC assessment, downloadable job aids, moderated social community and more, equivalent to a full day of leadership development.
