Building Your Leadership Coaching Skills "It made me realize that I have the answers to a lot of the things I need to solve, coaching can really helped me get there. Also - I thought I was asking open ended questions, and I was VERY wrong. I will utilize what I've learned in my meetings with my direct reports. This was a wonderful experience! I have nothing but great things to say! I loved it!"
Madison C., Personify
Moving from Bud to Boss "Earning the respect of your workforce is paramount in the success of the organization as well as your own success… Your employees need leadership and guidance and need to be able to trust in your abilities and that you will be doing everything you can to make their jobs the best they can be."
Rick T., TTX
"For me this has been a reminder of how a manager's style can directly impact the "style" of a whole company and all the way down to the "style" of a project team. In other words, there are times when I need to be more mindful of how my style is directly influencing those around me. This has been good...thanks!"
Tim M., TTX
"Our facilitator did a great job of following up and checking on people. I could tell that even in a virtual environment she was very prepared and available if you needed anything from her. That's tough to do in a virtual environment so I am impressed!"
